Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear information about subscriptions, cancellations and refunds.
Last updated: 9 August 2026
1.Subscriptions
Wisdom to Wealth offers recurring monthly and annual subscriptions. Subscription details, including the plan, billing cycle and price, are displayed at checkout before any payment is taken.
2.Free Trial
Eligible customers may receive a free trial where displayed during checkout. Free trial eligibility is generally limited to one eligible trial per account/customer.
If you have already consumed trial eligibility, a subsequent subscription may be charged immediately. Cancelling and resubscribing, or changing plans or billing cycles, does not create a new trial entitlement.
3.How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:
- Navigate to Settings (or your account menu)
- Select Subscription Management
- Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm
The Stripe Customer Portal provides a secure, self-service way to manage your subscription directly.
4.Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation does not necessarily mean immediate account deletion. Where the subscription is configured to cancel at the end of the current billing period, paid features generally remain available until that period ends.
After entitlement ends, your account may revert to the Free plan where applicable. You will not be charged again after the cancellation takes effect.
5.Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew each month unless cancelled. The recurring monthly charge is displayed at checkout. Cancelling before the next renewal date prevents the next charge.
6.Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled. The recurring annual charge is displayed at checkout. Cancelling before the next annual renewal date prevents the next charge.
7.Refunds
Payments are generally not refunded merely because a customer changes their mind after a subscription period has begun, subject to applicable law.
However, customers may be entitled to a remedy where required by applicable consumer law, including where a service fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
8.Accidental or Billing Problems
If you believe you have:
- Been charged incorrectly
- Been charged after a valid cancellation
- Experienced duplicate billing
- Encountered another billing error
Please contact Support promptly so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Please use our Contact & Support page to reach us.
9.Plan Changes
Upgrades, downgrades and changes between billing cycles (monthly/annual) are handled through the Stripe Customer Portal or the in-app subscription management. Any proration or timing of changes depends on the actual Stripe subscription configuration and applicable billing rules.
We do not guarantee specific proration outcomes unless the Stripe/app logic supports them at the time of the change.
10.Account Deletion vs Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription stops future subscription renewal according to the applicable cancellation date. Your account and entered data are not automatically deleted.
Deleting your account concerns your Wisdom to Wealth account and data. This is a separate action from cancelling your subscription.
One should not be assumed to be the other. If you wish to delete your account data in addition to cancelling your subscription, please contact Support to make a data deletion request.
