By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Wisdom to Wealth in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the application.

Wisdom to Wealth provides the following tools and features, depending on your subscription level:

• Debt tracking

• Financial reports
• Wisdom to Wealth Smart Planner™
• AI Financial Coach
• Biblical financial wisdom and educational content
• Family financial tools
• Business financial management tools

Financial Information & Educational Purposes. Wisdom to Wealth provides financial management, organisation, planning and educational tools. Information generated by the application, including AI-generated content and biblical financial guidance, is general information and educational material.

It should not be represented as personalised:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Tax advice
• Legal advice
• Accounting advice

unless the application later becomes appropriately authorised to provide such services. Users remain responsible for their own financial decisions. Where appropriate, users should seek advice from a qualified professional.

Biblical financial wisdom is provided as educational and faith-based content. It does not guarantee:

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Protecting your account credentials
• All activities performed through your account
• Keeping your contact information current

You must not allow unauthorised access to your account or misuse the application. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

Wisdom to Wealth offers the following subscription plans: Premium, Family, and Business, with monthly and annual billing options where offered. The features available at each tier are described on the pricing page.

Pricing shown at checkout is authoritative for the transaction. Subscription fees are billed in AUD unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

Eligible new customers may receive a promotional free trial where offered. The application currently follows a one-trial-per-account policy:

• Free trial eligibility is generally limited to one trial per eligible customer/account.
• Cancelling and resubscribing does not create a new trial entitlement.
• Changing plan, monthly/annual billing, or Premium/Family/Business tier does not automatically create another trial.
• After trial eligibility has been used, a future subscription may be charged immediately.

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected billing interval (monthly or annual) unless cancelled. The renewal frequency and price are displayed clearly during checkout.

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the subscription management or customer portal functionality available within the application. If cancellation is scheduled for the end of the billing period, access generally continues until the applicable paid period ends, subject to the actual subscription state.

You agree not to:

• Use the application for any illegal purpose
• Commit fraud or misrepresentation
• Attempt to compromise application security
• Gain unauthorised access to the application or other users' data
• Engage in automated abuse, scraping, or excessive requests
• Reverse engineer the application where legally enforceable
• Interfere with the proper operation of the service
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other customers
• Attempt to exploit or circumvent free trial limitations

Application branding, software, original content, design and related intellectual property remain the property of Wisdom to Wealth and its licensors. Users retain ownership of the information they enter into the application, subject to the rights necessary for Wisdom to Wealth to operate the service.

Reasonable efforts are made to maintain the availability of the application. However, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. The application may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by law, Wisdom to Wealth's liability for any claim relating to the application is limited to the amount you have paid for the subscription giving rise to the claim during the relevant billing period.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Access to the application may be suspended or terminated where there are serious violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, non-payment, or where otherwise necessary to protect the integrity of the service.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the application or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. The courts of Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and the application.
